Tony said to bring it in, and so I did. Within a couple of hours he cleared the problem, did multiple scans, and installed better antivirus/malware protection, all while keeping me updated with texts and calls. After returning home, I realized that some documents were missing. I called Tony, and once again solved the problem. I can’t say enough about his skill and patience. Two years of data on my external hard drive that I just didn't get around to backing up and then caput, it said corrupted and I couldn't access it. The Geeks said it was gone and nothing could be done, then I heard about Tony from a friend. He was able to save all my files and even reformat the drive (software problem) so I can still use it.
